September Meeting @ Brandywine Prime

September 19, 2018 @ 6:15 PM - 9:00 PM

The First meeting back from the summer break is always a great meeting. Please make every effort to attend.

Please join us and welcome our speakers:

Mark Worden, Administrative Director
Centers for Occupational Health

Wayne Hentschel, DO, Medical Director
Centers for Occupational Health

Mark Worden is the Administrative Director for Crozer-Keystone’s Centers for Occupational Health.  While attending college, Mark worked in the operating room as an anesthesia and O.R. technician and would occasionally moonlight in the Occupational Health Department where he found greater interest in working with employers in promoting health and safety in the workplace.  Changing career paths Mark became a Business Development Manager in the occupational health industry and would later become one of the founders of a successful occupational health company providing medical services for the State of New Jersey and hundreds of small and large businesses throughout southern New Jersey.  Having joined the Crozer-Keystone Health System only 6-7 months ago Mark hopes to lend his knowledge of workers compensation claims management, D.O.T., OSHA and other regulatory guidelines to Crozer’s occupational health clients as a means of helping them keep their work related medical expenses to a minimum.

Dr. Wayne Hentschel is the Medical Director for Crozer-Keystone’s Centers for Occupational Health. Prior to focusing his discipline on Occupational Medicine, Dr. Hentschel served as an anesthesiologist in the US Air Force and then as a Flight Surgeon for both the Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserve. He has worked for the Crozer-Keystone Health System since 2005 and is an affiliate of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, American Academy of Family Physicians and the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States among others. He is a Certified Medical Review Officer required by the Department of Transportation when interpreting drug testing results and he is registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to perform DOT medical exams. Dr. Hentschel works with hundreds of Crozer Occupational Health clients providing guidance in the return to work to process and help in meeting the medical requirements of various regulatory bodies such as the DOT, Centers for Disease Control, OSHA and the State of Pennsylvania.
