6:15 PM: Cash Bar will be opened with Penns Wood Wines that are selected to match the menu, available by the glass &/or bottle. In addition, a selection of beer will also be available.

7:00 PM: Chef  Shimpeno and Kacie Chase will do a short presentation on the menu and Penns Woods Winery

At the conclusion of their presentation, guests will be invited to enjoy the chef’s meal.

The bar will close PROMPTLY at 8 PM.  Kacie will announce this also!  We can purchase bottle(s) and beers prior to that hour to be consumed after the 8PM cutoff.
